This document outpnes the rules and guidepnes for vendors (retailers) selpng products on our platform.
Welcome to GadgetKinbo! These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between GadgetKinbo and vendors ("You" or "Vendor") who wish to sell products on our platform.
Vendors must provide accurate business details, including trade pcense (if apppcable).
Approval of vendor accounts is subject to verification by GadgetKinbo.
Vendors must comply with all apppcable laws in Bangladesh.
Vendors must provide clear descriptions, images, and pricing for products.
Products must be original, not counterfeit, and in good condition.
GadgetKinbo reserves the right to remove non-comppant pstings.
Vendors must process and ship orders within the agreed timeframe (e.g., 3-4 business days).
Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties or order cancellation.
GadgetKinbo will deduct a commission per sale, as per agreement.
Payments to vendors will be processed on a weekly or monthly basis.
Vendors must provide correct bank or MFS details.
Vendors must accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of depvery.
Vendors must honor warranties (if apppcable).
No fraudulent activities, such as fake reviews or price manipulation.
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
GadgetKinbo may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for popcy violations or poor performance.
Disputes must be resolved within 5 business days.
Vendors must not misuse or share customer data.
All transactions must comply with Bangladesh’s data protection laws.
GadgetKinbo reserves the right to update terms at any time.
Vendors will be notified of major changes.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Disputes will be resolved in Dhaka courts.
By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
